My interest with taking pictures started when I was in high school and I would take pictures of friends. And then when my sister got engaged she asked me to take some pictures of the cute couple just for fun. At the time I only had a small digital camera and really found I loved taking pictures that captured moments and families, but didn't have the nice camera to really get into it! So for my first Christmas being married, my wonderful and supportive husband surprised me and bought me my first SLR camera. I of course had no idea how to use it, but after a couple of years of experimentation with that and photoshop my love has grown! I'll admit one of my favorite past times on the computer is looking at photography blogs and all the cute ideas people come up with when it comes to "capturing the moment" or "making memories" as my family always called it.
Life keeps me busy while being a wife, mother, student, friend, "wanta be" photographer and crafter and much much more!
