This might be a little bias since they're family, but I think this is just the cutest family! Annelise always keeps the family looking good and in-style and Sophia is just a doll and works it in front of the camera. They were great sports in braving the chilly weather to get some great family pictures! Annelise was even good enough to make a cute "Merry Christmas" banner so we could take some fun holiday pictures! Please leave a comment of which one is your favorite?!?

The Shaw Family

The Shaws are so fun to work with and are such a cute family! Plus it helps that they have an absolutely adorable little girl, Hadley! I did their family pictures a year ago and it was fun to see how Hadley has grown. We had some delays in setting up a shoot so when we finally got around to it it was pretty chilly outside and our  time was limited. I hope to do another session with them in April, but for now enjoy a little preview of this cute family!

Spur of the Moment Christmas Shoot

Ok, I know it's still not quite the Christmas season yet, but I couldn't resist buying Mia a santa hat when we were at the store the other day and I thought I would try out a little Christmas shoot this morning of her. It wasn't my most successful shoot since the lighting wasn't ideal and since it was so spur of the moment I didn't really prepare much, however Mia seems to make any picture cute regardless (probably a basis opinion since I'm her mother!)

After some time convincing, I got my little brother to jump in for a shot.

In lieu of the Christmas season coming up (don't judge but I've actually already started listening to Christmas music much to my husbands dismay ) I came across these cute ideas for Christmas photos when looking for photo inspiration. I would love some cute "models" to try them out on someday!

It's Now Blog Official!

So I started this blog about a year ago when I was taking a lot of pictures for families in our ward and for friends, but then would always get frustrated with blogspot when I was trying to get it all set up. Anyway, long story short I kind of, sort of figured it out and thought I would start blogging on this blog to post the pictures that I've done.

  Disclaimer: I should mention that I in no way consider myself a professional photographer of any sort but over the last couple of years I have really found a love for taking pictures and wanted somewhere to display them.

Happy 1st Birthday Halo and Cake Smash

This was one of my first times doing a shoot of a toddler and she was by far one of the best little girls to take pictures of as well! This was also my first cake smash. I had actually never heard of this before until I was asked to do it. I think the shoot turning out great for it being my first and very experimental and I loved it!!
