First time Bridals!

A month or so ago I tried my hand at bridals. Since I don't do much photography anymore anyway it took me a little time to get back into the swing of things. In the end I had such a blast doing this shoot with this lovely bride at the Salt Lake Capitol building! I'd never been there before but it was an amazing place to do pictures, especially on a hot summers day. Congrats Marci on your recent wedding and thanks for letting me capture some of the moments leading up to it!

It's always fun to pull out the camera and get to do a shoot for someone, especially when it comes to doing engagements. Marci is my best friend's little sister so when she got engaged I was honored that they would ask me to do their engagements. We went up Big Cottonwood canyon for these and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out! Marci and Carl were super cute to take pictures of, even if they were freezing cold during the whole process! Such troopers!

Senior Session: Jocelyn

We stayed the last week out in Ely and while I was there I got to jump back into taking pictures of other people besides my children. I forget sometimes how much I enjoy it; especially with seniors! They are so good about doing whatever you want them to do and it doesn't help when they are super photogenic as was the case with Jocelyn in her senior pictures! Sneak Peak Newborn Shoot: Emery

Oh how I love newborns! Sadly my baby is not really a baby anymore so I was in heaven while doing this shoot of sweet baby Emery. I am so happy with how this shoot turned out! For now you'll have to settle for a sneak peak.

Big Cottonwood Canyon Engagement Shot

I did this session last fall for my aunt's nephew. She she is a professional photographer I just took the pictures and she edited them since she couldn't make it out to do the shoot herself but I edited this one myself and never did anything with it so I thought I'd put it up to share.
